Steve has over 30 years legal experience focusing on employment and labor law and complex civil litigation.  
   
A trained mediator and arbitrator, Steve is on the American Arbitration Association's arbitrator and mediator panels and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitrator panel.  He mediates employment disputes for the United States Postal Service and was a Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court for over 15 years.  Steve is a frequent lecturer and author on a variety of mediation, arbitration and labor law topics.  

Steve also advises employers on statutory and regulatory compliance and best employment practices.
